hojas con Manchas negras, blancas y degradandosé

Hola, me podrían decir a que se debe las manchas en las hojas? son algunas negras y otras blancas y en una planta las hoja están como desapareciendo, espero respuestas, gracias.

Hello, Leaf spot is a generic term for many plant diseases that cause black or gray leaves. In the garden, the disease is usually caused by a fungus, but indoor plants are often infected with bacteria. In both cases, black spots appear on the upper sides of the leaves.
